Important Salon and Appointment updates

Dear Valued Guests, 

I wanted to post a note to everyone to let all of you know what is happening at Supernova Salon. 

As of last Wednesday the salon is closed. What is happening in the world is very stressful and scary and also very sad. I miss my team and I miss all of you very much. I am one of the lucky ones who loves to be at my work place so this has been so hard. I know we are doing the right thing and getting COVID-19 under control is our top concern but I miss my salon family. 

Amber and I have been working very hard to get all our salon team taken care of. There has been a full week of government/administrative work to make sure our team is taken care of during the salon shut down and that has been our top priority. 

Over the last few days and going forward we will be sending an email out to anyone who has an upcoming appointment. Any appointments up to April 1st are cancelled as we are currently closed. We are emailing each and every one of you to reach out personally. As of now we are going week by week as we are getting new updates daily and our decisions are based on what the health authorities’ instructions are.

We apologize if you have received a confirmation email and are wondering if we are open but there are many appointments to get to and we are working as hard as we can. At this time we will not be rebooking appointments but we will be creating a VIP list of those who were cancelled so we can get you booked in as soon as we are open.

We apologize if you have sent an email to us and it has taken longer than normal to get back to you but we are working as hard as we can to get to all of you. If you need to reach us please send an email as the salon phone is more difficult to manage.
