Salon Update April 1

I wanted to send a note to everyone to let all of you know what is happening at Supernova Salon. 

Originally we were told that we would be closed for 2 weeks and then be able to re open but at this time the Government has a mandated closure for all salons until further notice.

The salon has been closed now for 2 weeks, I can’t believe we are still closed. I feel terrible about all the appointments we have had to cancel! The styling team wants nothing more than to do your hair!!!! What is happening in the world is very stressful and scary and also very sad. I miss my team and I miss all of you very much. I am one of the lucky ones who loves to be at my work place so this has been so hard. I know we are doing the right thing and getting COVID-19 under control is our top concern but I miss my salon family.  

I am educating myself everyday on new government updates and information so know when we are going to be able to open.

Appointment Cancellations 

I have re configured our traditional confirmation emails and texts into appointment cancellation notifications. These emails and texts go out 3 days before your appointment, allowing us to go day by day and only cancel necessary appointments. 

ReBooking 

At this time we will not be rebooking appointments until we have a confirmed open date. I have the  list of the guests who have been cancelled so we can get you booked in as soon as we are open. We will be contacting all clients via email when we are allowed to open.
