Confirmations:

We require all appointments to be confirmed by 9am the morning before the appointment. Appointments booked more than four days in advance will receive a reminder email with a clickable confirmation link four days before the appointment. Appointments booked with less than four days to the appointment, you will receive a confirmation email – to confirm, please reply to the email stating you would like to confirm and await response. You are always welcome to confirm by email at info@supernovasalon.com or by phone at 604-904-8448 including the option of leaving a voicemail. Please note, appointments not confirmed by 9am the day before are subject to cancellation.

 

Non-Refundable Deposits:

When booking appointments like Smoothing Services, Perms, and Colour Corrections that require longer appointment timelines and/or specially ordered supplies, you will be required to pay a deposit of $150.00 at the time of booking. This deposit can be collected in person or by phone.

The deposit is non-refundable. If you give the salon more than 48 hours notice for a cancellation or to reschedule, the entire deposit minus a $5 administrative fee will be returned to whatever payment method (credit card, debit, etc.) was initially used to make the payment. If you cancel within 48 hours or no-show your appointment, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

On the day of your appointment, this deposit will be applied as a credit towards your service invoice.

 

Cancellation Policy:

We are continually grateful for the opportunity to create hair you love! This scheduled time has been reserved especially for you, but we understand that there are times when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment! Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice can be very difficult to fill leaving our stylists with unused time and guests with longer wait times. To support our guests and team, we have implemented a late cancellation fee. If you cannot make your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid a late fee of 30% of the scheduled appointment.

 

No-Show Policy:

We are continually grateful for the opportunity to create hair you love! When you forget your appointment or forget to cancel and do not show up, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. To support our team and guests, no-shows will be charged a no-show fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment that was missed. 

If you do not  show up for your appointment you will receive an email from the salon that you have missed your appointment. This will be your one time no-show allowance. You will be given one warning and a one-time understanding. If there are any other occurrences, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment that you missed at your next appointment.

We understand that life is busy and accidents happen but as the salon is operating at 50% capacity we have so many wonderful guests waiting for an appointment. If you know you cannot make it please call us so another guest can have your spot.
