Amber is a very talented stylist on our Accomplished Stylist team. After graduating from Vancouver’s Blanche MacDonald Centre she then completed a full advanced training and apprentice program with the Supernova Salon team. Interested in art, beauty, and design since she was young, Amber has always been happiest when creating with her hands. Her style is focused on blending precision with creativity. Amber loves creating statement looks with creative placement as well as working with vivid colours. She loves long hair and creating beautiful lived-in blondes with dimension and softness. Amber is a detailed and intuitive hair stylist with a cool edgy style, her naturally kind and thoughtful personality creates a perfect environment to bring your hair dreams to life.

I do not leave a lot of reviews. I have been to many hairstylists over the years, in many cities and even two separate provinces. I typically leave to go straight home and restyle my hair. Cuts are always ok. I've gone to top rated and the little shop on the corner and everything in between. Truth be told amber was available on the day and time I wanted so I booked with her. After approx 2 weeks I can officially say I have never had such a great cut! It doesn't seem to matter if I leave my hair to dry, blow dry it straight or use a diffuser to get curls. It is great! Going forward I will go out of my way to book with her. Thanks Amber! See you in a couple of months.

as a person who doesnt get her haircut often, i always try to find someone who can achieve the look that i want. my hair is rlly thin and i wanted to retouch up my layers. she executed it perfectly without thinning my hair out even more than it already is. i walked out of there with so much confidence. her energy is also great and she listens!! which i appreciate so much. i had great conversations w/ her aswell so i 100% recommend her.

Highly recommend Amber!

After moving to the North Shore a couple years ago and STRUGGLING to find a consistent (and wonderful) hair stylist, I feel like I've won the lottery with Amber!

I have thick, curly hair, and Amber has really taken the time to understand my hair and my needs. She is very professional, excellent at her craft, and a joy to talk to. Thank you, Amber!

Excellent!

I’ve been coming to Amber for a few months now and couldn’t be happier with the results. Amber has taken the time to listen to me and get to know me, and the end results of my appointments are always spot on. I couldn’t be happier with my recent cut & balayage- it’s exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Amber!

Curly cut

I went to Amber a while ago to try and get a curly cut done and she was amazing. I've tried a few times with different stylists all over the place but Amber actually knew what she was doing and filled me with confidence that I could make it work too. It's been amazing for 6ish months and I'm excited to book again!
