She graduated from the JCI Academy and has successfully graduated from our advanced education with our leadership team salon academy.  She thrives on transformative looks and helps to boost confidence in her clientele. Penelope loves the art of hair cutting and the design details that make each style unique. She also cherishes the personal connections with her clients and making everyone feel special while in her chair.
