We're thrilled to announce that we’ve introduced a brand-new point-of-sale (POS) system to help streamline your experience at Supernova Salon. As part of this update, we will now securely collect a card to keep on file, which will help us uphold our no-show policy. This new system allows us to continue providing you with exceptional service while ensuring our stylists’ time is respected.

As a reminder of our no-show policy, once you’ve booked your reservation, that time is reserved exclusively for you with your stylist. We send multiple reminders to ensure you’re well-informed about your upcoming appointment, including a confirmation email when you book, an email reminder 4 days before, and an SMS reminder 2 days prior. Regardless of these reminders, your reservation is reserved for you, and missed appointments mean your stylist loses that time.

No-Show Policy:

If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours, you will receive an email notification.
Each guest is allowed one no-show/less-than-24-hour cancellation without penalty.
After that, any future no-shows or late cancellations will incur a charge of 100% of the service cost, and you will be unable to book further appointments until this payment is made.

Honoring Truth and Reconciliation Day

On Monday, September 30th, Supernova Salon will be open as we respectfully observe Truth and Reconciliation Day.

We acknowledge the original peoples of these lands and waters, specifically the səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish), and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), whose unceded ancestral lands we are privileged to be on in the District of North Vancouver.
